Khademy Affiliate Program
Affiliate terms and enrollment
Promote eligible courses responsibly and earn commission from qualifying purchases attributed to your referral activity.
Complete Affiliate Terms
1. Agreement and program
These Affiliate Terms form an agreement between you and Khademy for participation in the Khademy Affiliate Program. By joining or continuing to participate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
The program allows approved affiliates to promote eligible Khademy courses through tracked referral links and to earn commission on qualifying purchases. These Affiliate Terms supplement the Khademy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
An English version of these terms controls if a translated version conflicts with it.
2. Eligibility and enrollment
- Provide complete and accurate account and promotional-channel information and keep it current.
- You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Obtain parent, guardian, employer, or organization approval when applicable.
- Your websites, applications, channels, and promotional activity must comply with applicable law and must not contain unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic, violent, deceptive, or infringing material.
- Joining starts with an application review. If Khademy approves the request, you must accept the current Affiliate Terms before the membership and referral links become active. Khademy may later suspend or terminate participation when these terms are not met.
- Keep your account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Referral links and disclosures
- Use the referral links, campaign identifiers, creative materials, and technical instructions supplied or approved by Khademy.
- Place referral links only on promotional channels you control or are authorized to use.
- Make a clear and prominent disclosure near affiliate promotions that you may receive compensation from qualifying purchases.
- Do not hide, shorten, redirect, or modify referral links in a way that misleads users or interferes with attribution and security controls.
- Keep prices, course descriptions, availability, and promotional claims accurate and promptly update or remove outdated materials.
4. Responsible promotion
You are responsible for your promotional channels, content, disclosures, privacy practices, and compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, anti-spam, and data-protection laws.
- Do not claim to be a Khademy employee, agent, official representative, or exclusive partner.
- Do not promise learning results, employment, income, accreditation, discounts, or course features that Khademy or the instructor has not approved.
- Do not solicit Khademy instructors to remove courses from Khademy or interfere with their relationship with the platform.
- If you use sub-affiliates, you remain responsible for their actions and must ensure they follow these terms.
5. Prohibited promotion methods
- Do not bid on Khademy names, trademarks, misspellings, or confusingly similar keywords in paid search unless Khademy gives written approval.
- Do not register domains, accounts, applications, or social pages that contain or imitate Khademy branding in a misleading way.
- Do not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, adware, spyware, malware, bots, click generators, automated impressions, or other artificial traffic.
- Do not send unsolicited messages, publish misleading coupons, or use browser extensions without written approval.
- Do not create fake customers, self-dealing transactions, duplicate accounts, or other activity intended to manufacture commissions.
- Do not interfere with another affiliate's tracking or overwrite attribution without a genuine user interaction.
6. Course content and brand materials
Khademy may grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved names, course images, excerpts, links, and promotional materials only for the affiliate program. Khademy and course owners retain all ownership rights.
- You may create original promotional content that accurately describes eligible courses.
- You may not copy, download, republish, sell, or distribute course videos, lesson descriptions, quizzes, assignments, PDFs, source files, or supplementary learning materials unless separately authorized in writing.
- Do not alter brand assets in a misleading or disparaging manner or make your channel resemble an official Khademy property.
- Stop using affiliate links and licensed materials when your membership ends or when Khademy requests removal.
7. Qualifying referrals and commissions
A qualifying referral is a genuine customer purchase that is correctly attributed to your approved referral activity, successfully paid, and not excluded by these terms or the campaign rules shown in your affiliate account. Khademy's transaction and attribution records control unless they contain a clear error.
- Commission rates, eligible products, attribution windows, and campaign-specific rules may vary and will be shown in the relevant offer or affiliate account.
- Free courses, fully discounted purchases, cancelled orders, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, fraud, test purchases, and prohibited traffic do not earn commission.
- A referral may be excluded when an instructor promotion or another priority channel is entitled to attribution under the applicable campaign rules.
- Khademy may reverse or withhold commission while investigating refunds, fraud, policy violations, attribution disputes, or unlawful payments.
8. Payments and taxes
- Payment timing, minimum thresholds, supported payment methods, currency, and commission statements will be displayed in your affiliate account or applicable offer.
- You are responsible for accurate payout information and for all taxes, bank fees, exchange costs, reporting duties, and other charges related to your commission.
- Khademy may delay a final payment for a reasonable reconciliation period or decline a payment that would violate applicable law.
- No commission is guaranteed merely because a user clicked a referral link or because estimated commission appeared in a report.
9. Monitoring and customers
Khademy may review public promotional channels, referral activity, and related records to verify compliance. You must reasonably cooperate with compliance requests and remove or correct non-compliant content promptly.
Referred learners are Khademy customers. Khademy controls course availability, pricing, account decisions, refunds, platform policies, and the customer relationship.
10. Suspension and termination
You or Khademy may end the affiliate relationship by written or electronic notice. Khademy may immediately suspend referral tracking, access, or payment review for suspected fraud, security risk, legal exposure, or a serious breach.
After termination, valid commission already earned remains subject to reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, legal restrictions, and any permitted withholding for violations. Provisions concerning ownership, payment review, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
11. Changes to these terms
Khademy may update these terms as the program, commission model, law, or platform changes. Material updates may require you to accept a new version before continuing. The effective date and version will be displayed on this page.
If you do not accept an updated version, stop using affiliate links and end your participation. Continued participation after required notice and acceptance means the updated terms apply.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the affiliate program, tracking, reports, links, and promotional materials are provided without guarantees that they will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khademy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, data, goodwill, or expected profit. Khademy's aggregate liability arising from the affiliate program will not exceed the commission paid or payable to you for the affected referral activity, except where law does not allow that limitation.
You agree to defend and indemnify Khademy and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your promotional channels, unlawful conduct, infringement, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. General terms
- You and Khademy are independent contractors. These terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, franchise, or joint-venture relationships.
- You may not assign your affiliate rights or obligations without Khademy's written consent. Khademy may assign the program as part of its business operations.
- The governing-law and dispute provisions in the Khademy Terms of Service also apply to these Affiliate Terms.
- If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A waiver must be in writing, and headings are for convenience only.
- These Affiliate Terms, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable campaign rules are the agreement governing your participation.
